Where is Swimline located?

We are the Southeast’s premier equipment distributor with 3 locations in Georgia (Atlanta, Alpharetta and Kennesaw) but we ship nationwide!

How do I place an order?

SDI accepts orders over the phone, in person at one of our three locations in Georgia, or an order can be placed online, right here on our website.

Is local delivery an option?

We offer local delivery service in metro Atlanta, including the Alpharetta and Kennesaw area. We offer free delivery on orders of $2,000 or more. If you’re in the Atlanta area, you’ll be given the option to select local delivery or pick-up when as you complete your online order.

Do you ship products?

Yes, we ship nationwide, including to Alaska and Hawaii!

How fast will my products ship?

In-stock products typically ship within 3 days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

How do I find out if a product is on backorder?

On the product page, you’ll find the quantity of in-stock parts. If the product is out of stock, that is displayed so you’ll know before you add it to your cart.

What if I need to change an order after it’s been placed?

Contact us! If your order has not been packed and shipped yet, it’s likely that we can modify your order for you.

If I purchase parts from SDI and there is a problem, how do I activate the manufacturer warranty?

All Swimline products carry the manufacturer’s guarantee for the original purchaser. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly.
